Managing end-to-end live and linear channel operations for clients including Real Madrid, Sky, AMC Networks, UFC, Serie A, La Liga and other global broadcasters. Responsibilities include signal acquisition through encoder cross-connects from PSSI, IMG, and Stockley Park; encoder/transcoder integration on D3 platforms; bitrate ladder configuration to client spec; MUX operations; and live transmission management for 24×7 linear and virtual linear channels. Handling real-time incident management, L2 troubleshooting, and system monitoring through Jira, Mailchimp, and Logz.io (Kibana) — ensuring service continuity during high-concurrency live events through UXQA, issue mitigation, and proactive operational support.
